Seems smart. Even though we are rebuilding, Rondo has not established himself as a day to day leader, at least in the classic sense. I'm not saying I think he won't (so settle down Tim), but he is quirky and not always all that outgoing, so you never know.And we will have a lot of younger guys who won't benefit from having Pierce and KG as mentors or role models.A solid player development guy seems like a must. How's McMillan on that front?
