get bledsoe danny make it count!

I think we're well past that.

Getting a second 1st round pick, or maybe getting rid of Lee, is probably the best we can hope for.

Since both sides are fully aware of all the possible permutations of any deal, somebody blinked, or else what's the point in resuming discussions.  Bet this'll be done NLT tomorrow afternoon.  The sooner the better.

Here we go watch this thing will be done by the end of the week,

Could be done by tonight.

Almost all of the leg work has been done, now its just the particulars. I don't see why it cant get done in a few hours if they are indeed talking.

Yeah, this has to happen quickly.  Can't imagine there's much more to talk about at this point.

Either the Clippers are willing to give up another pick and accept the monetary burden that comes with trading DJ and hiring Doc, or they aren't.

The Celtics and Clippers have started talks again on the Doc Rivers-Kevin Garnett deal, league sources tell Y! Sports.

I guess we know how the talk went!

According to Woj, Clippers reached out first.

I lol'd.

FYI: Chris Paul got involved in this Clips-Celts debacle, that's why they are talking again. Clips cannot risk CP being unhappy on July 1st.

CP3 wants KG

As he should. Clips fans who claimed cp3 was resigning regardless are fools. He wants to be on a team that shows a commitment to making the moves necessary to win.

Guess who has all the leverage now? We do. Bledsoe and Jordan please

You know what I'm thinking happened and  I'm just guessing here. I bet after Doc/Danny talked earlier it was along the lines of Danny saying this is where I stand and can't move from it. Doc knowing this cant drag out any longer its making him look bad in the process, notified the Clippers "I'm going to announce I'm staying in Boston, Danny isn't budging so if you wanna get something done get it done today or its not going to happen.." Clippers then made the call.

The question is if that gives us leverage.

Sure hope so.
