Most like deal IMO

Bos sends: KG, Doc, Terry or Lee
LAC Sends: Jordan, Bledsoe, Butler(Expiring)and 2 1st's

Then trade PP to a team looking to clear salary , getting a pick back. That team then buy's out PP and he goes to LA to join Doc and KG

This scenario makes most sense to me .
