He made his donation with no promotion or clauses, and gave up some serious cash. Kemo on the other hand said he will donate $1,000 for every home run. Why? Why make it dependent on your performance? Just donate a specific amount and get it over with, the people need the relief now, not at the end of the baseball season and they don't need to sit and hope he hits a ton of home runs.
