  • I'm a Paul Heyman guy.
Paul's reaction says it all.

I think even the team already knows they are done.

Maybe this embarrassing playoff series will finally lead to a change in philosophy with this team.  The surprising playoff runs has allowed this organization to feel like whatever they were doing was working.  Rebounding didn't matter, playoff seeding didn't matter, even playing well during the regular season didn't matter, not having any backup point guards didn't matter.  Maybe finally the Celtics can join the rest of the NBA.

It's over...so sad.
A winner is someone who recognizes his God-given talents, works his tail off to develop them into skills, and uses these skills to accomplish his goals.

Push yourself again and again. Don't give an inch until the final buzzer sounds.

C's have looked sloppy the whole series and having no PG helps exacerbate that. Terry is such a disappointment.

Players go to Hakeem during the offseason.  Can Doc go pick the brain of Popovich?

Funny thing is, Doc will trot these same lineups out in game 4.

Also, I hear people claiming Doc is the 2nd best coach in the league. Or future Dream Team coach. If he is that good, he can't win 1 game? In the 1st round?? With a limited roster???
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Doc is UNBELIEVABLE

Call a timeout and tell them to get on the bench or put some effort into it

No other team picks up the dribble 25 feet from the basket and hold the ball looking to pass.  Why does anyone coach them to play like this?
