the Patriots are in trouble here

I think they're fine.  Denver's defense usually fades late.
yea just need a score before halftime , keep it within a TD and you have a shot in the 2nd half .

Pats D really has to come up big here and to start the 2nd half.  I really don't like going down 2 scores.

Feels like I am watching one giant infomercial with an occasional football play thrown in.

Despite Denver dominance, it could be worse (could be 24-0).    Down 10 and have only allowed 1 TD.  The opening drive of the 2nd half is really big for the Pats' defense -- need to keep it within 10 -- or at worst within 2 TDs.

Denver had no 3 and outs in the first half -- 15 1st downs and 270 yards. Destroying Pats in time of possession. But only 13 points.

Painful miss from Brady to wide open Edelman earlier.

As bad as defense has looked, I will take giving up only 13 points, especially without Talib.

Big plays for the offense have been there, but Brady has missed the throws.

Worst possible scenario -- 7 minute drive and 7 points.

  Dang.

I really tried to set my expectations low today.  I didn't pin my hopes on them winning.  I really didn't.

All I wanted was for them to play well and give us a good game.

I guess that was hoping for too much.  Can't even manage 10 points in 3 quarters.  Worst part?  The injuries will be used as a complete excuse.  Injuries or not, getting beaten like this is a resounding failure.

Brady might finish these playoffs without a single touchdown pass.

I guess at the end of the day this just wasn't a very good Pats team.

The Commercial-Kickoff-Commercial sequence is absolutely agonizing.

Wow tough day to be a Pats fan, I gave up super bowl aspirations during the season once the injuries piled up, but this was an embarrassing performance.

Missed tackles, no hustle, nothing on 3rd down and now in the 4th it looks like we're just rolling over.

Maybe the biggest disappointment of all? Talib.

This guy is supposed to bring attitude and skill to our defensive backs and it always seems he never hesitates to take himself out of the game, always injured when it counts the most.

Not sure what the future holds for this team.

I want the team to move on from Talib, unless he comes cheap.  I know he was great earlier this year, but he's unreliable.  He's too injury prone.  He's not there in the big games.

If the team pays to keep Talib and lets Edelman go, I'm going to be furious.

Yup, TP pretty much my thoughts exactly, its tough because he's so likable and skilled and brought leadership and attitude to our defensive backs. However, this is yet another big game where hes out in the 1st half.

You can't willingly sit out of big games like this and expect a huge payday.

McDaniels has some serious ???? play calls in this game.

Running it on the 2 pt conversion?
