Dude just piled on a 12-4-3 in barely fifteen minutes... so naturally we should never let him on the floor.  ::)

tonight basically showed me why they picked this kid up to replace Barbosa

because he basically IS a younger version of barbosa...just looks to attack and throws up awkward shots that when he is on fire just seem to go in.

there was a sequence in the 3rd where he just couldnt miss

He was decent in tonight's game, but I agree, I get kind of nervous when he is out there. He always tries to swipe for the steal and gets crossed over pretty easily.

If he can become more disciplined defensively, then I have no problem with him.

Will he respond positively if his minutes depend solely on playing consistent defense with good effort?

I'm a big fan of what he can do for our team. He is trying hard on defense and moving the ball on offense.

He is going to get hot and have some good games for us. He will also have games when he does nothing, very similar to Barbosa.

To me he is a much better catch and shoot player than a driver. On his drives he usually takes a step too far when he could easily knock down a mid range pull up.

To me he is a young bench scorer that could help this team for the foreseeable future. After playing with this team he should improve his defense and his shot selection and be around the league for a while.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

Call me crazy but, I like his game.

I do get nervous when he has the ball, but I also did in Barbosa's first few games.

I think he is unpredictable, and gives us a different look offensively. Keeps the defense on their toes because you'll never know what he's gonna do. I personally like that.
I also like that he is trying hard on defense and also moving the ball.

I fully expect horrible games from him though, but I know there will be a night that this kid will score lights out and win us a big game.

Just my 2 cents.

Well the guy can RUN , not on the same level as barbosa but very close.
Now if he buys in to the defense , and only taking open looks while running at every opportunity he can help us a lot.
Not to sound like Doc but I think Crawford will win us a playoff game (and be completely horrible the next game)

I get why you are nervous. He is a young kid that is just trying to fit in. He is trying to balance being aggressive and being a team player. Once he gets comfortable, he should be fine. Same for T Will. Both these kids have been labeled. They want to fit in.

TP from me...TOTALLY agree! I was just telling a friend of mine the very same thing today. I don't trust him at all. He's a loose cannon that can score. I don't like his demeanor, his brash cockiness and his wild array of shots annoy the hell out of me. Barbosa at least had a plan b4 he attacked. This dude just goes and whatever happens happens. He's gonna cost us come playoff time. I hope I'm wrong but I see bad news written all over him. Twill, I love, although he hasn't gotten much time yet. You can tell he's humble now and willing to play "within" himself to benefit the team. Crawford is Barbosa on steroids lol... SMH
