Was comparing rosters today and pending future trades etc the heat are really pathetic in the backcourt exept for wade (yeah thats right i called ray pathetic)

Heat have Wade, Ray, Chalmers, Cole and Terrel harris whoever that is.

They will be facing Rondo, Terry, Bradley, Lee and Dooling........... HAHAHAHAHAAAAAAA!  ;D ;D ;D

I CANT WAIT for this season to start people!

Well, first of all, if he is healthy (that is a big if, I know), Wade makes up a LOT of ground there.

But I also think it is pointless to break down a team like the Heat by position, because their best player is so much better than just about anyone else in the league, and is so versatile.  When you add in Wade and Bosh, it allows them to have more "specialists" than any other team in the league.

I certainly hope the C's can beat the Heat, and I think its definitely possible, if they are healthy, and their chemistry clicks.  But, there will be nothing easy about it.

So a championship team upgrades it's backcourt and suddenly it is "Pathetic"?

The return of Wilcox is so underrated!

4:55 nice to know he and Jeff have been working out and all has been fine. And nice to know they're buddy-buddies (towards the end of 5 mins).

And Danny's been racking up some awesomely smart, mature guys who love the team. From top to bottom. Very nice to know.

YES! Compared to our upgraded backcourt it is. We added so much more than they did. They added 3 point shooters nothing else.

i think cole will improve quite a bit.

I think sully down low might be our secret weapon. Put kg on bosh and let sully abuse whatever other big they put out there, and if its james, sully can get him in foul trouble real quick.

Not to mention sully can dominate the boards against them.

The heat start and ends with lebron. You could pretty much substitute all of their players for whoever and they'd still be a top in the league. Just look at all those cavs teams lebron played for.

I don't think we'll destroy the Heat.

If Dwayne Wade comes back healthy next season, it will be even MORE crucial for BOS to get Avery Bradley back healthy.

That's why - out of ALL of our recent acquisitions - Avery Bradley's health, to me - is MOST IMPORTANT.

I'm not even concerned about LeBron, but Dwayne Wade, to me, is the most important factor to MIA repeating. Sure - he is on the decline, but if he comes back healthy he is easily a top 5-10 player in the league.

I don't care if Doc and Danny leaves AB out until April 2013 for all I care, lol - but the man MUST get healthy for him to be of any use to us vs MIA or CHI. AB will limit - not stop - but limit Dwayne Wade and Derrick Rose, if healthy. This will, IMO, be the single reason we get by either MIA or CHI.

Oh - and I almost forgot to mention - KG will need to repeat his time machine-like performance, and Rondo will once again have to be PLAYOFF RONDO for us to beat MIA.

But it's doable.

Destroy MIA? I'd LOVE for it to happen. But I'd be happy with a demoralizing Game 7 loss by MIA in June 2013 by 20 points.

The Cavs teammates when Lebron was there had 3 point snipers, great rebounders, and all players were good defensively.. Don't let the media ruin your thinking

Hahaha I don't know why I thought that was so hilarious. But yeah, Ray is 37, past his prime, can't run through screens like he used to. He's not pathetic, but [dang] near close to it

I just think its funny that some Heat fans are all pumped up about Rashard Lewis, when Jared Sullinger (the #21 pick people!!) was rated higher than him in the ESPN player rankings (and rightfully so: Sully will be better this year).

When Rashard Lewis is your 10th man you should feel pretty good about your team.
2025 Historical Draft - Cleveland Cavaliers - 1st pick

Starters - Luka, JB, Lebron, Wemby, Shaq
Rotation - D. Daniels, Mitchell, G. Wallace, Melo, Noah
Deep Bench - Korver, Turner

Lewis is a shell of his former self.
Oh, and Sully is arguably our 10th man, as well.

1. Rondo
2. Bradley
3. Pierce
4. Bass
5. Garnett
6. Terry
7. Green
8. Lee
9. Wilcox
10. Sullinger
