So the Pacers backcourt made a total of 33 3 pointers in 3,325 minutes last year.  I believe spacing will be an issue

This is a series that i would actually love to watch very close series, i'd say it goes to game 7

To be honest I really don't think that this one is close.  I think this is probably a 5 game series.  The pacers are too week offensively and lack the experience to win on the road in the playoffs.

You are hoping that because your guys would be gassed if it went 7 games.

Especially when my best player (who has a title so we can throw out inexperience out the window) is in his prime.

And has since been in trade talks several times and has thrown temper tantrums when his mistakes are pointed out in the playoffs.  I mean Rondo was kicked out of the building when he was on a team with vets like KG Pierce and Paul.  I can only imagine what he will do without those stabalizing factors.  Especially when his coach is the person that tried to trade him quite a few times.

Didn't your head coach throw your SG under a bus in a book?

Also IP, on bradley beal, he shot 33.9% against weaker defenders from a shorter 3 point line.

Ray Allen by contrast shot 46% his last year at Uconn.  Ray was much more ready to contribute right away.  Beal might get there but he is still a project.

Are you serious or are you just messing with me?  I have said it no less than 5 times in this thread.  I really hope your messing with me.

I will play off rondo and force him to be a jump shooter.  I will rotate Kobe, George Hill and some mbah a moute on him.  Because of your big mens lack of jump shooting my big men will be able to remain close to the basket and protect the rim if rondo does get by the perimeter defenders.

Im just saying Kobe and Phil won 2-3 more titles after that.  So why does it matter.  We have seen rondo be immature and get thrown out of arenas during playoff series when things don't go his way.  Who is to say it will be any different with Danny as his coach?

Kobe, Duncan and Jackson win championships.  Plural.

Rondo is a better player then that now.

And Ainge is building a team around Rondo.

Duncan and Kobe in their prime win championships.

Now, neither are even the best players on their actual teams.

I am not sold on that. All the Spurs still say Duncan is the source of their success. I think Kobe was better then any of his laker counter parts and I am not sure about him Vs Dwight.

Rondo is definitely closer to his prime then Timmy or Kobe.

Its very dissapointing that you are ignoring the key part of the pack it in mentality.  When we the celtics surround Rondo with good shooters you are right, it doesnt work.  You have not been able to do that meaning our defenders don't have to worry about staying as close to your offensive players if they drift to the perimeter

Yes this is true.  Though in the playoffs this year I would argue that KG was just as if not more important than rondo

Not ignoring it.  The Pacers have the weapons they need.  I have three big men that average double digit in terms of points.  Now, they will have Rondo feeding them.
