Brandon Bass signing back means that Ray is probably gone...

Why?

We have Ray's bird rights, signing a Powerforward has zero effect.

If everyone is signed wouldn't that put us over that 74 million dollar apron? I always felt money wise it would be one or the other

Nope, if Bass and ray both get 6 million to start with we'd have 8 million left to pay Green and the rest of the team. 8 million is plenty.

We should still have some room to sign Ray or Krstic, but not both.

Right, that's what I was thinking after Green signs and the other guys on the bench it's going to be tight...maybe it works, I'm not a cap guy so I don't know

does anyone think moore is going to be able to contribute this season? i mean if ray walks...you resign peaches for the SG/SF duty...already have moore...maybe get nads...seems a big might be a better usage of money

I'd rather keep dooling.

i am just so on the fence about the purdue boys...didn't show much at all this year....maybe it will be moore that flourishes if ray goes and he HAS to be counted on (like AB)....PP said in practice moore is always one of the best ones out there

I have zero faith in JJJ. He seems lazy, unresponsive on defense...to thin...I think Sully has already passed him on the depth chart

i don't see Doc playing 5 pretty much rookies in his rotation...i think sully plays...and honestly I think joseph will earn time at SF....they other 3 are still out there

An aside, but is peaches one of the worst nicknames around? Don't you expect him to be out on the court with someone named Cream?
