That getting a player with 1-2 years left in his career who will likely retire if he gets traded to your team for 2 young all-stars is basically giving them away for nothing? Then yes, that's what I said.

I love Paul, he's my all-time favorite celtic, but this isn't even the Pierce of 2008, never mind the Pierce of 2001. You won't get Evans or Cousins or a lottery pick for him.

Understandable. Pierce is celtic royalty and should retire a celtic, he is the opposite of garbage. I was just trying to look at it from the kings perspective regarding what he brings to them now. I should have worded it better.
