I don't like the idea of trading Rondo for a one year rental. 



Trading Rondo has to bring back the Celtics a longer term star, most likely being a big guy.

Terrible idea.

Even if you want to end up with Williams and Gasol, Young Rondo and his nifty contract is far too much to give up for older Gasol and his monster deal.

It's not even close to value.  Did you watch Gasol play this post season OP?

I never use team accomplishments to prove one player is better than the other
As far as 4th quarter scoring, and less anxiety driving to the basket with confidence at the freethrow line, I'd rather choose Deron Williams to play on the Celtics
