its absolutely comical really...but I myself am suprised that the officiating has been even or even slightly favoring us since game 2.... Miami is use to getting the calls so I can see why itd be weird for them haha

I thought last night was the best called game of the series.

Good to see the refs actually go to replay on that Haslem out of bounds play.

For once, since the game 2 fiasco, the Heat games have been called fairly, and the heat fans have never seen fair officiating before so they don't know what it looks like.

Well, the Heat fans should be experts on fixed games...

Since about all of their regular season games are officiated like Monday Night Raw.

Yeah I think LBJ and Wade got the benefit of the doubt far too often on drives in games 1 & 2. Since then they have been given the same treatment as Paul Pierce and the C's.

The refing was just bad in game 4, but it wasn't unevenly bad. Too many offensive fouls and flops all around.

That Pietrus flop though and the ensuing t on chalmers was pretty terrible. If it'd been Battier that did it and Rondo got the T, we would've burned down one of Stern's fake houses he uses to fool people into thinking he's a real person and not an alien.

Absolutely. I was really surprised they elected to go there, since the nearest official (who was standing right in front of the play) made the call in favor of the Heat. The rest of the crew must have really persuaded him to go to the tape.

In such late game situations overall the NBA is pretty good about using replay.

Boston Celtic fans have no credibility criticizing another fan base for conspiracy theories. We all need to shut our pie hole on this one.

Don't think it was fixed but that tech on Chalmers in that moment was AWFUL.

So was the foul and T on Bass

That tech was legit.

There were multiple plays in the game where the Heat were called for fouls under our basket and bounced the ball like that. Same way the call on Ray was legit, but Heat players that were similarly demonstrative didn't get T-ed up.

Its funny reading this being a Celtics fan because since 2008 we Celtics fan have said that the NBA powers to be are fixing the game against us.  Now since Heat fans think that it's wrong?  But it's ok for us to think the games are fixed but not anyone else?  None of the games are fixed.  Its called superstar status.  If thats fixing the games then yes you have a legit point.  Magic, Larry, Jordan all got the calls, just like Kobe, Durant, LeBron and Wade do.  Game 1 yes lopsided calls that favored the Heat, but keep in mind, Celtics were tired, no energy, rarely went to the hoop and to keep up with the Heat we had to foul.  Period end of story.

They spiked it 10 feet into the air?

I didn't recall seeing that.

No, nobody spiked the ball as hard as Bass did and allowing it to go as high in the air.

Because he was in the open court, theirs bounced off the stanchion or the backboard.

So maybe the T on Chalmers was a phantom ... that's still a couple fewer phantom Ts than Boston was hit with in Game 1.

I thought Game 5 was the best-officiated so far—not perfect, but pretty decent.

And besides, Wade should've been called for a charge; Pierce beat him to the spot.

And it's gonna take quite a few bad calls in Boston's favor to make up for the atrocity that was Game 2's officiating.
