There are at least a couple of really solid swingmen out there still. Bigs, not so much.

One, I think that it was a cool idea, and within the theme, executed well, but two, it has absolutely nothing to do with the rest of the show (kind of at a pivotal part in the season), there was no resolution (so like..Pierce is supposed to just..go on? without a job or free money?), and they for once in their lives did not go far enough. Compare that episode with the Law and Order spoof one, and you've got a pretty good idea what I'm talking about. The videogame idea was OK, but I couldn't help but think about it on a business end: It's a show that struggles for ratings. You've got a cast of attractive, semi-break out actors/actresses, and you spend the predominant portion of an episode showing them in 8 bit form, making video game references. Yeah, and the whole thing felt kinda forced on top of it. Like the actors didn't really dig it either.

I thought for sure he'd be around still. I'd want him shooting 3's though with the rest of my guys:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PSfBRAIT4eg
