There are at least a couple of really solid swingmen out there still.  Bigs, not so much.
Still a couple of skilled PFs. Not much in the way of talented centers though.

Two SFs I really like. Not much at SG.

Lots of talent at PG.

I'm selecting 7'7" Shot-Blocking:

MANUUUUUUTE!!, lol..

He was 2nd Team NBA Defense in 85-86. A fine human being, too.

Talk about going BIG...we could go with Yao at C, Manute at PF, and KG at SF in some cases,  ;D ;D

SEND IT BACK, SON!

I feel two different ways about that episode. One, I think that it was a cool idea, and within the theme, executed well, but two, it has absolutely nothing to do with the rest of the show (kind of at a pivotal part in the season), there was no resolution (so like..Pierce is supposed to just..go on? without a job or free money?), and they for once in their lives did not go far enough.

Compare that episode with the Law and Order spoof one, and you've got a pretty good idea what I'm talking about.

The videogame idea was OK, but I couldn't help but think about it on a business end: It's a show that struggles for ratings. You've got a cast of attractive, semi-break out actors/actresses, and you spend the predominant portion of an episode showing them in 8 bit form, making video game references.

Yeah, and the whole thing felt kinda forced on top of it. Like the actors didn't really dig it either.

You'd have to think they felt the same way. I'm sure most/all of them would land on their feet if the show was cancelled, but they have a steady source of income, they probably enjoy doing the show; can't see them being too thrilled to be apart of an episode that seems to spit in the face of tring to keep the show going

1. Freak athletically
2. 6 foot 7 point guard, those don't come around too often
3. Great court vision
4. Explosive playmaker
5. Superb passer
6. Sweet afro

Shaun Livingston!

As of a couple of days ago, I was really planning on grabbing Manute with the second-to-last pick in this last round.  I thought for sure he'd be around still.  I'd want him shooting 3's though with the rest of my guys:

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

Yeah that was crazy..I saw that, too.

The funny thing is that both Yao and Manute liked shooting 3's.

Imagine that. ;D

He has been on my short list for awhile.  Some really nice seasons early in his career.  I just worried about his size, defense, and rebounding in a league like this, and it isn't like he is a bomber from the outside, but a very solid player all the way around.
