There are only two possible scenarios here. One, Rose can get healthy, the other, he never gets healthy. The only reason that Chicago would even consider trading Rose was if they were convinced that his knee was shot and he was going to be another Brandon Roy. If that were the case then why would the Celtics want him (unless they felt they had a better read on the injury than the Bulls which would never be the case).
So in either of these two scenarios, there is no trade and there never will be a Rose to Celtics trade.
