Yeah, that's why he takes the game winning shots for the Thunder. Durant is too passive, especially in the 4th quarter. He loves to defer to Westbrook.

Your stating Durant thinks Westbrook is his older brother. You said Durant could be the best player in the NBA if he stopped thinking of Westbrook as his "older brother". I inferred that you thought "older brother" meant to defer more to Westbrook. The fact Westbrook attempts a lot of shots does not hinder the fact that Durant is a top 2 player in this game.

Which series are you talking about now? I rebutted the 08-09 series in great detail. Others dealt with other years rather well, not to mention how you've ignored CP3's rather mediocre playoff record that fwf cited.

See alot of people didn't read my posts at all. I never talked about TEAM playoff win-losses to say why Chris Paul is the best. I said (if you read it) that how far you go in the playoffs isn't why you are better. Than Robert Horry should be the best ever then.. Its how you perform in the playoff games that you play when it matters. Paul has performed very good, comparable to any other great players. While Lebron has played considerably worse than others.

Besides that 08-09 series, theres really no other time where Lebron has played in a SERIES THAT MATTERS MOST. I don't care about his domination of the Sixers in the first round. That is what you are supposed to do if you're facing an inferior team. In the final rounds that he has played in (that mattered most), he did not perform well. I'm not criticizing him for not winning, cause that happens, but he did not perform well aka failed miserably

Yes I agree. But I do think Westbrook's ego still thinks that he is the leader and the best player. And Durant thinks he's a younger brother in that he's allowing Westbrook to act like that. Westbrook should just play the 2 guard, so he'll have an excuse to be a shot chucker

Lebron has won 10 more playoff series than Chris Paul.

Lebron led his team to the finals, twice. 

Chris Paul got out of the first round, once.

Lebron has been putting up stats in an unworldy fashion, since his rookie year... out of High School.

Lebron has been in bigger/more important games than Chris Paul.

Lebron has hit more big time/clutch shots than Chris Paul.

The only thing Lebron hasn't done in this league is win a title. 

Many Hall-of-Famers have not won titles. 

Chris Paul has never taken his team to the Conference Finals, even with David West.

(To put the previous statement in perspective) Paul Pierce and Antoine Walker took the Celtics to a Conference Finals.

Chris Paul will probably never win a title.  Lebron is almost garunteed to win atleast one before he retires (just hopefully not this year)

To be fair, the last two series Lebron's team has lost has resulted in a 'What's wrong with Lebron' storyline that lasted multiple games.

I never understood it in the Cleveland/Boston series.  The last game, he had a triple double with 27 points, 19 rebounds, and 10 assists (he was also fairly aggressive getting to the line 12 times).  He did have 9 turnovers but the talk that he somehow threw that game is ridiculous.  He had a terrible shooting night in game 5 (it happens), but there was a story that he was probably hung over (as was most of the team) after a birthday celebration.  Unprofessional sure, but it might explain why he couldn't hit the broad side of a barn.  He may have also legitimately had an elbow injury (who knows). 

The reality is, Lebron had very little to do with the outcome of that series, the games they won, they won because his crappy teammates played out of their arses.  The games they lost, they lost because his crappy teammates played crappy.  Sure an all time monster game by Lebron might have overcome his crappy teammates here and there, but no one goes for monster game after monster game against a great team (even against the Pistons in that first ECF title run Lebron really only had one monster game).

I think a lot of it had to do with his body language. Ripping off his jersey with the camera still on him in the Boston tunnel was a not so subtle way of telling Cleveland he was done and moving on to greener pastures.
