Fact: Rondo got ONE tech after getting in the ref's face...

JUST WALK AWAY...you've made your point, though doing so was dumb.

Fact #2: Rondo got SECOND tech after bumping him.  It had nothing to do with the trip.

Fact #3: Rondo, after the "trip" takes a SECOND step toward the ref, independent of any momentum...  INTENT was to bump the ref.

Anyone who doesn't see this is a homer at its worst.

I know...Rondo is a great player....and has done wonders for us......some always look to blame him ...okay, big mistake.....no need to bail on our guy.....can't just turn a soldier off....!

What Rondo did was inexcusable. To have that little control is unacceptable. Nevertheless, he did so much for the team and that should not be forgotten.

Being emotionally out of control will place a cap on his value because there is little margin for error if you want a championship.

WHAT do you want...heat of the moment....rondo waqnted that call...then got po's by the T...he was battling all night....so he had a hard time stopping there......so what.....it wasn't his fault everyone missed every 3 all night...adjust your focus.....what..you want to trade him now...LOL....for the guys who still never did better..?

So we have the two Marc Davis Hawks games this year and this incident in the playoffs a few years back.

Two of the referees in Game 4 of the Bulls-Celtics series reportedly are Chicago residents whose families at the game were wearing Bulls gear.
According to the Boston Herald, a member of the Celtics' traveling contingent was taken aback at the sight of the crew exiting the United Center after the game with family members who were Bulls fans. The Boston Globe, citing an NBA source, reported that the officials were Marc Davis and Dan Crawford.
The third member of the crew, Bill Kennedy, was involved in an incident with Celtics coach Doc Rivers during a Boston-Chicago game March 17 this year in which Rivers was ejected and both were later fined by the league for their actions

Marc Davis is obviously biased against the Celtics.

We weren't playing the Bulls.

I was simply pointing to past history of Marc Davis seeming to not like the celtics, you know he was made aware of that article on nbc when that happened and I'm sure he was absolutely berated by the C's for that AWFUL game earlier this year. I know he can't stand giving us any breaks.

End of the game was bad, and Rondo needs to grow up and realize that he is the key to our chances to move on in the playoffs. But I was encouraged by the comeback when almost everyone on the team couldn't hit the side of a barn.  The announcers kept harping on the D, but in the 2nd half our D was great.  We held them to 83 points for the game, which is great.

We just had a terrible shooting game.  you can't win shooting 39% from the field when you shoot 0 for 11 from 3 point land.  You aren't going to win.  We need to get better looks on offense and PP and someone else is going to need to step up and make some shots.

If rondo dodges the bullet and isn't suspended, then I like our chances in Game 2.
