Wow... Avery Bradley, man.  He keeps surprising me.  I didn't realize he could create his shot like this.  Very impressive.  Earlier in the season when we were looking old, disinterested and boring, one of the main reasons I stopped watching was because there wasn't a single young player showing any signs of potential whatsoever.  Bradley within the last month or so has definitely fit that requirement... this has been a fun game to watch.

That said, he's getting absolutely destroyed by Joe Johnson.  Bradley's potential will always be limited by the fact he's undersized.  He'll never have the vision to play PG and he'll never have the size to deal with the Joe Johnsons of the world.

That's one Doc. He's leaving Avery on an island guarding JJ

Fortunately, there aren't many Joe Johnsons out there, able to hit from outside or inside, able to score by posting up or drawing fouls. He can light it up against any defender.

Good to see this terrible Celtics squad we rolled out there tonight hanging in there with the A team from Atlanta.

But I'm p---ed that we basically just gave up home court.

I don't get it.

Jeff Teague has 2reb 5ast 0pt and has a +2
Bradley has 0reb 2ast 17pt and has a -9

This is why I don't follow stats wholeheartedly
They never tell the real story

Eh, +/- for one half of a game doesn't ever tell you much.

You can be the MVP and have an amazing game and have a minus.

But I mean they are both technically shooting guards...

Bradley is just a 6'2 180 pound shooting guard while Johnson is a 6'7 240 pound shooting guard.

Even Westbrook, who is a point guard, is bigger than Bradley.  I know a lot of people want to compare Bradley to Westbrook right now, but it seems like wishful thinking.  Maybe if we're very lucky, Bradley will be a poor man's smaller version of Monta Ellis.  Even that seems like wishful thinking.  But wow... I'm really impressed by Bradley's ability to create his own shot in this game.

We'd have to win tonight and the next two games to assure home court.

If Doc wanted to rest even one of the last three games we'd be giving up HCA.

Steamer done for the night?
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Danny should look at this game when he decides how much to offer him.

I dont get it.

Why is our team ignoring Bradley on offense?

Bass continues to be a black hole, hes playing worse then baby right now, give the ball to Bradley.

Shocking that Brandon Bass is the biggest reason why the Celtics aren't wining this game right now what in the world is he doing out there my god.

Missing shots, showing no energy to keep the ball, turning it over, pathetic effort for Bass tonight

Bass is being exposed hardcore tonight. He is absolutely terrible and useless out there. Everybody else on this team has been better than Bass tonight, and Bass is a starter.

His one dimensional style is being exposed bigtime in this game. He should be one of the primary people helping Avery out tonight, and if he had hit just two more field goals, the Celtics would probably be winning this thing right now.
