I maybe the only big Peyton Manning fan here. And also a HUGE Niners fan. I have no idea what Peyton is thinking.
If this is one of those " I'll show you what a big mistake you did by cutting me" then I probably get his thinking of why he chose Denver.
Maybe this is me as Niner fan being upset that he did not chose us. But clearly, his best chance of winning is right here in the Bay. He's never good in the cold and yet he wants to be in one of the coldest places to play. He wants to win and yet he chose Demariyus Thomas, Eric Decker over Vernon Davis an Randy Moss and Mario Manningham. Went with Willis McGahee over Frank Gore. He went with Von Miller over the Smith brothers, Patrick Willis and Co. He chose to play with that offensive line instead of playing behind a very solid one in 'Frisco. If he clearly wants to win, this decision doesn't make sense.
Peyton introduced me to football and I've been a fan of his ever since. I'm very disappointed and I believe this is the STUPIDEST move he will make in his career.
And what do they do with Tebow? Give him to us (Niners). If Jim Harbaugh found a way to make Alex Smith decent, he can sure as hell find a way with Tebow.
I'm not sure if this is just the Niners fan in me that's talking. But I believe choosing Denver over the Niners, something is up with Peyton.
