Wow. Horrendous finish. The options are 1. Get Ray some breathing room or 2. Have Pierce go 1 on 1. We didn't manage to do either.

Can't we just bring Gerald Green back?

Out coached!!!

No outsized.

Seemed like Doc left Steamer on the bench. Preferred his 6'7 pf on defense.

The idea that this game validates the "blow it up" crowd is laughable.

This team has nothing, NOTHING inside. No 5. Period.

It's simple.

Accumulating "assets" makes me chuckle. We haven't ever had "assets." We had a lottery pick, a scorer who couldn't defend me, a bag of Danny's trash and two teams who were selling superstars on the dollar.

That's called being lucky, not having assets.
Coined the CelticsBlog term, "Euromistake."

Go get Jamal Crawford to help the pace of the offense; he'd be sick with Rondo.  Then use the cap space to find a good big to play with them.

Worse part of losing to the Lakers is having to listen to Kobe pretend he's a team player/MJ in the post game interview.

MJ is a moron.

Kobe is 2xmoron

At least he's bigger than Mike at something.

Lakers are 10-5 against the Celtics since 2008 with Andrew Bynum.

If you want to play the Bynum was injured card, you have to be accurate and count how many of those games had the celtics missing KG and other key players, like today they were missing the starting center and backup center

Yeah I don't see how they were outcoached.  We don't have size... they took 14 more FTs than us, Kobe's last few shots he had a hand in his face and made the shot, Bynum made an absolutely crazy play on a horrible alley-oop by Kobe.

Players have to make plays.  Ours missed key shots, there's made them.

This team has so much pride, they are just devoid of any real threat in the paint. The hill has become even taller as they have gotten older.

Ugh...great effort with usual result. We are now 5-11 on the road and I don't see that win percentage improving much in next 7 games. If we win 3 on this trip, I would be amazed. 2 wins is more likely.

This year, we need to be a good road team to have any chance in the playoffs. I just dont see it happening without some sort of miracle that is 7 foot tall.

Ok, something went terribly wrong on that last play.

I think this game showed that Rondo can beat the sagging defense, I hope he takes that with him.

Well, this does validate the "blow it up" crowd, unless you think this team is going to get a talented 7 footer without compromising the rest of the roster.

  • You say when......
you have to be crazy to put 6'8" on BYNUM..one of the most domonant centers in the league...a true center 7 footer...BUT STEAMER stopped him cold.....you saw that....so why was he on the bench...WHY....it was those easy hoops inside that lost the game...
