Click the link below because trade exceptions are used. Also Milwaukee and Minnesota each get a pick from Boston.
http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=7b863l4Celts get Gasol
Lakers get Beasley, Ilyasova, S Jack, Udrih, and Ray Allen
Milwaukee gets Jermaine expiring, Clippers Pick, and Luke Walton
Minnesota gets Celtic's first round pick
Why for Boston? Easy We get Pau Gasol for Ray Allen, JO, and 2 first round picks basically.
Why for LA? They get a solid pg in Udrih. Two young and good PFs with potential in Ilyasova and Beasley. The best shooter in the game in Ray Allen. They also get a tough and gritty SF who is better then any SF they have in Jackson. They become very deep and more versatile.
Why for Milwaukee? They get a pick. They get rid of Jackson who has been a headache all year. They also get some cap space when JO expires. Also Ilyasova will be looking to get paid this year and they already paid MBah a mote, so they could use the pick on his replacement if they wanted. Obviously that guy would be on a rookie deal.
Why for Minnesota? They get a first round pick and don't take on any salary. More minutes for Williams so he develops. Also they only gave up a 2nd rounder to get Beasley so it's good to move him for a first.
The only team I could see people seeing not doing this is LA. Yet, look at their lineup after the trade. They are much deeper and don't have to worry about Gasol's feelings anymore.
Starters: Udrih, Kobe, S Jack, Beasley, Bynum
Bench: Fisher/Blake, Ray Allen, Artest, Ilyasova, Murphy/McRoberts
