Thats an insult.  I don't think there is any other team in this league as dissinterested in Defense as we are.

You need to trade Ed Davis for Matt Bonner ASAP though.

Ed Davis is doing a good job ignoring defense all on his own.  His offense just sucks, so it makes people assume he can play D.

Ah, the vaunted 'mikki moore' approach.

Luckily all we have to do is score more points than the other team.  I don't think we will have a problem doing so
CB Draft LA Lakers: Lamarcus Aldridge, Carmelo Anthony,Jrue Holiday, Wes Matthews  6.11, 7.16, 8.14, 8.15, 9.16, 11.5, 11.16

Can you get the actual trade? because I know I have the 6.14, but I didn't know I had the 5.14, and I can't find it anywhere.

Perhaps we could get a trade clearinghouse person with a google document of draft picks?

Scoring more points than the other team wins more basketball games than any other method or variation.

I understand that approach, but isn't that what most people were saying the Knicks strategy was?  "Who can keep up with Carmelo and Amare"?  However, the players basically broke the offense due to their own flaws.  I'll be curious to see if your team does any better.

I STRONGLY disagree with IP picking 1 spot before me.

For this reason the aforementioned trade is now null and void.

It's tied in effectiveness with your defense holding the other team to less points than you score.

I really like the George Hill, Brandon Rush and Linas Kleiza picks so far.

Kleiza is having a nice rebound season for the Raptors after struggling mightily last season before going down with a serious injury. Can still cause matchup problems at both the three (size, power) and the four (shooting range, quickness). Very good 7th man.

I'd join in the chorus of those who thought New Orleans made a bad trade moving Brandon Rush for Courtney Lee. I thought New Orleans gave up the better player, the better fit for their roster and the better draft picks. Excellent move for New York though.

I've been keeping trade of actual trades in the third post of the thread.

I've fallen way behind on draft picks. Haven't been updated in 2 rounds.

yeah you're right commish. In my head I thought It was 5.14 but it really was 6.14. That was on me. I posted the trade to Merovech involving the 5.14 a couple minutes ago. We were the one who switched 5th rounders, not you and I.  ;D

I love the Stephen Jackson pick.

I thought he should have gone in the second round. I was hoping Portland would have kept Boozer and brought in Jackson.

SG - Jacks
SF - G.Wallace
PF - Boozer
C  - Aldridge

Anyway, I think it's a waste for the Celtics to bring Jackson off the bench. I completely and strong disagree with everyone who said he should come off the bench.

Jacks is such a matchup problem as a big two guard especially with a power wing like Paul Pierce alongside him. He is still playing above average defense and gives you a very strong defensive wing combination, an above average rebounding combination, and like I said a moment ago, creates major matchup problems for the opposition.

Start Stephen Jackson

I will consider, its all up to whos on the list to play
I mean With a defensive combo at the 2 this team can easily
match any other team in defense and I am loking foward to achieve that
