If I had to guess regular season standings in each conference

East

Heat
Knicks
Magic
Hawks
Cavs
Bulls
Pacers
76ers

West
Spurs
Thunder
Grizzlies
Lakers
Blazers
Suns
Warriors
Mavs

You're kidding, right? The Clips aren't even on this list?!? I guess talent, production, chemistry, defense, fast-break, passing, and scoring don't go into this equation ... wow.

Don't worry, Melo and Al Jefferson are out too.  First time in Carmelos career he has missed the playoffs, man I suck

not to mention 2 of the big 3
Once a CrotorNat always a CROTORNAT  2 times CB draft Champion 2009-2012

Nice to be back!

Thankyou for taking time out of your day to give an evaluation of how you see things playing out in this theoretical draft. I have no gripes about my team's placement.

I think the Clippers would be a playoff team, though I'd have to examine it more.

But defense is not something have, only CP3 is a + defender on that roster. Well maybe Jereko I haven't seen him play enough to say.

I think it might be a case of Zaza hating.

That and the rosters hadn't been updated and I hadn't seen Jerbeko.

The Portland Trailblazers select: Imam Shumpert.

Not BPA just a personal favorite. At least the rook is tied with Tony Allen for third best defensive rating among guards and is the only player in the top 10 still on the board.

Also for the record, I liked the Rush pick, but if you make me choose, I'm team Courtney Lee.

Nice pick. I really like the way your team is coming together, but I think you need an actual point guard at some point. Right now you have nobody to run your offense, and Lou and Shump are more scorers than distributors.

Thanks, yeah, I'm aware I haven't addressed it, and figured it would come up sooner or later. For better or worse, I'm committed to Lou who's averaging 5.3 assist per 36 while playing the best defense of his career, and who's ability to hit shots should reinvigorate the TrailBlazers offense.

While Raymond Felton is a much better playmaker, he's otherwise a borderline starter, having a career worst year. I don't miss him at all.

Here's what Portland beat writer, Jason Quick had to say about him, following last night's 0-7, 2 assist, 5 TO loss that was the Blazers' game to win.

Quote
If Blazers have a decent - just DECENT - point guard, they have 20-22 wins right now. Instead they have the worst starting PG and are 16-15.

Do you really really think a team with PP and KG will be out of playoffs specially adingg some rebounding in varejao a pretty good pg and probably the best 6th man in the league

 ;D

I guess this days Lin > Pierce and KG

Considering that those two with a top 5 PG and Ray Allen plus a dang good 6th man are currently a low playoff seed right now, I'm  pretty confident in that eval.

Really like the Alonzo Gee pick. Shumpert a good one as well. Was hoping he would slide another round.

BostonArizona, I don't want to alarm you, but you've got a Fred Durst on your avatar. He looks anxious.

Now you're getting it..

Looking at the East, yeah. I really like Andre Miller running that show. i would have had the Raps in, but Bogut is being Bogut and missing a whole season again.
