  • I left Indiana. Because it was horrible.
Eh, I kept the pick. I was hoping to move back to like 8-9 but everyone around that range was holding steady. Horford at PF isn't a bad consolation prize for not being able to trade. Also, those 30 minutes of work time that no one will get back was pretty helpful as well.

I think Horford is as solid as Randolph.  He's not as aggressive offensively, but he's a much better defender, and he can play either PF or C.

He wasn't the best player available statistically, but was maybe the best player on the board in what he'll bring to a team.

Yeah, I appreciate the toughness of a Horford-Nene front line. Two strong dudes, for sure. I would have preferred Z-Bo but Aztar beat me to him. I'm a bit surprised on the run of bigs so far with the players who were left unprotected, but I'm figuring that by pick 10 the draft will have corrected itself.
CB Draft Bucks: Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Tobias Harris, Zach LaVine, Aaron Afflalo, Jeff Green, Donatas Motiejunas, Jarrett Jack, Frank Kaminsky, Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee, Shane Larkin, Nick Young

DKC Bucks. Also terrible.

Why did New York trade Carmelo Anthony?

Melo is perfect for Dwight and Dwight is perfect for Melo. That was either the best or second best duo in the game along with Miami's LeBron James and Dwyane Wade.

Because Melo is not actually good.

I really don't like Carmelo Anthony that much, and I didn't like the idea of not picking my third cog until tomorrow.

So, Ibaka and McGee together on a front line, huh?  That's a lot of blocked shots, I guess.

Ibaka at #5, huh? A bit of a curveball. He's a talented, young, defensive-minded PF but I'm a little surprised to see him go so early.

A nice building block, though. He and McGee will erase a lot of shots inside, but neither is a natural scorer.

Not if you already have an invitation to the pump fake party.

Don't need a third star ... all you need are complementary role players with a starting duo that strong. No need for a Big Three or Big Four when your top two are that good.

Would have worked out extremely well.

I was hoping Rondo would go to San Antonio. I thought he would have been a fun fit with Duncan and Ginobili.

Nice pickup!

And super clogged lanes for Wall.
