Brook Lopez moving to PF?

Haven't exactly figured out the logistics of this yet...

I think he was a good pick. There were (for my money) better players on the board still, but lets not forget, there are probably 20-25 legitimate traditional defensive centers in the NBA of starter-quality. Jordan is one of them. A lot of teams are going to wish they had a guy like Jordan.

I'd just let him sit for a bit, keep quiet, let people forget that you over-paid for him a little and get tehm to over-pay you with a player you like better.

"Overpay early, in hopes that somebody overpays you late".

This might explain why your trophy case is still empty, Commish.  ;D

I like the Gallinari pick a lot.

Oh sure, but when I drafted him over the summer, you called him "undynamic."

Anyway, the Portland Trailblazers are super bummed to instead draft Carlos Boozer.

Just think of all the material you'll have to use against me if and when I diss this Boozer pick.

Hurray! Another 2 PF team.

I am definitely glad we moved up.  Even with some reaches (in my humble opinion), it seems like pickings are getting slim.

I really, really like IP's team.  I'm a huge Gallinari fan, and I think he's a perfect fit in between Lowry and D12.

Any truth to the rumor that you're moving the Knicks out of the city and relocating them to St. Lawrence County, IP?  That would almost make them likeable, and there certainly wouldn't be many distractions.  Well, outside of cow-tipping, which is always a temptation.

Gracias, and also, no, we're not moving them up here. Woodstoves and Amish people would just scare and confuse them.

Wait, you and Nick moved up? I thought this draft was supposed to be "for fun?" Well, I'm not having any.

I still think they could play together though. I feel like DeAndre could really play on any type of team and not upset chemistry. It's not like he needs touches and hes always going to be a defensive force.

Except both of my power forwards play defense, wise guy.

Wanna know how I know this draft is for real? WW is already sparring with Roy about Carlos Boozer.

I think it's actually a 3 PF team.

Haha fair enough, the SF might be the best PF defender on the team.

I think that DeAndre Jordan is a good player. I also think though, that you're gonna want someone who can step out and guard perimeter 4's, and I don't think either Lopez or Jordan can guard a guy who can put the ball on the floor (like Amare)

LOL

He's talking about his other two PFs.  (Although, in fairness, Boozer is actually a decent defender against opposing centers.)

It'll be about 15-20 minutes before I can make my pick. Gotta get out of here and get to my car. Figured I'd give the people drafting behind me a heads up.
St. Louis Bombers (formerly Sacremento Kings)

PG-Tyreke Evans/Avery Bradley/John Lucas III
SG-Nick Young/Rudy Fernandez
SF-Linas Kleiza/MarShon Brooks
PF-Al Harrington/Kenneth Faried/Reggie Evans
 C-Roy Hibbert/Ian Mahinmi/Jason Smith  10.18
