  • 2012 PAPTBG & 2013 PAPOUG CHAMPION
PG: Ricky Rubio
SG: Marcus Thornton
SF: Ersan Ilyasova
PF: Kevin Love
C:  Sam Dalembert

Not only are we better we are a contender.

Mad props for the job you have done but you aren't a contender. You might make the playoffs and are probably better than the real Timberpuppies, but this team won't be a contender for a few years.

Also, you have Ilyasova playing way out of position. He's not a good perimeter defender due to lack of athleticism and lateral movement. Guy can bang but most SF's will fly right by him and go into the paint or create an easy outside jumper off himself.

You're right about Ilyasova at SF, I should have said he's holding that spot for now. My intentions yesterday were to get someone who could contribute on both ends and cover more than 1 spot. He is certainly a bench guy that can be mixed to cover both 4 & 5's depending on who he's in with. He has also done some SF but not my intentions to play him there much. His best numbers are at PF which is where he will be most of the time.

Thanks for the thoughts.

Hey, if anyone's looking to pick up a PG, Mo Williams is on the block, and while I want some value in return, I'm feeling pretty flexible as to what position that value plays or whether it is a collection of picks.

SG: Jeremy Lamb / Jodie Meeks
SF: Kevin Durant
PF: Taj Gibson / Derrick Favors

Ha. Mo Williams ain't over that yet. I bet sometimes he still sits outside LeBron's estate singing Adele's 'Someone Like You' at night sometimes.

LeBron doesn't know though, cuz he's too knee-deep swimmin in wommin with they own condominiums.

Well then the Cavs are going to jump in and get things started and select Brandon Bass with the first pick of the fourth round.

Brandon Bass, believe it or not, is statistically having a top ten season in terms of defense.  Not top ten among PFs, top ten among all players.  Despite his reputation, opposing PFs just aren't producing against him at all.

The Spurs select Gordon Hayward with the belief that he will find his outside shot soon.
