I'm leaning towards two sessions, 2 rounds a day, Thurs/Fri off.

Also, we could do 1 round a day, flat, 10 mins per pick, and finish next friday

Less breaks, but slower draft days.

I like the one round a day flat. Monday to Friday. Afternoon+nights. 10 minutes or so per pick.

What's the earliest you feel like you can make it without missing a pick? Maybe we can push it back a little, but 20 mins runs into commuter time for like..everyone.

Hmm, I didn't think of that.  I can probably make it to my computer at 4:22, maybe a few minutes to think, if you could give me to 4:25 to make my decision, I should be good.  If I'm reading that correctly, that delays the other picks by 5 minutes.
