Suggestion for next year...in the contract everyone has to supply a cell phone number to the commish so if they go absent during this stage it doesn't hold up the team picks for a day or four. ;D

COMING SOON!!!!!
THE BOXER REBELLION

You two would bring fists to a gun fight.

... and still emerge victorious.

Because that's what the Boxer Rebellion was known for, total victory. But only if you pronounce "victory", " Unmitigated disaster".

As long as we're clear, Mr. Trotsky.

Look, Trotsky could teach pigs to walk on their back legs and talk like people, so I think he could do wonders with a basketball team.  He probably could have turned Patrick O'Bryant into a passable player.

Norman Dale:  "Five players on the floor functioning as one single unit: team, team, team - no one more important that the other."  Does that philosophy sound familiar?  Hint:  That's not Ayn Rand.

I just want to draft my lousy team and convince myself that their two mediocre players are actually very good, and then build a team around them that's not actually that good but for the next month I'll think they're great and you guys are idiots for not realizing how great they are.

Is that too much to ask?

I think that's how the majority of the posters think when drafting. Except me, my players are never mediocre.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19
