The Clip's GM should take the Exec of the Year honor this season. KMart signing was a great move, and if they can get JR Smith next, they'll shore up their need for a tall wing scorer off the pine (Foye sucks). The knucklehead content goes way up with both KMart and JR Smith, but hopefully CP3 can keep things sane.
To win a title this season, the Clips could use another big bodied center. Maybe they can rent a big for the stretch run by trading the expiring Gomes and Foye deals. Neil Olshey has a lot of chips to make a deadline move, with the Gomes/Foye expirers allowing him to take back over $10m in salary, and Mo Williams with only a player option next year at $8.5m. He also has promising but redundant PG Eric Bledsoe. Although I love his scrappy play, I'm not sold on Reggie Evans as a rotation big on a title team.
