Be afraid...be very afraid ;D.

You beat DEN once - can you do it again?

Won't be easy, but I still like how the Pats match up with the Broncos.  I don't think the Broncos have an answer for the Pats' tight ends.  The Steelers don't have an elite tight end; the Pats have two.

Saturday night game in Foxboro.  That place will be amped.  Great opportunity for the Pats to get their playoff mojo back.

Denver scares me a bit.  I mean they ran all over the Pats in that first quarter in their first meeting.  Broncos also made a bunch of mistakes that the Pats capitalized on.  If they don't make those mistakes this time around, it could be a much closer game.

I do think Brady is chomping at the bit for this one, though.

Well, the Pats made adjustments in the game in Denver which allowed them to slow down the Broncos' running game after that first quarter.  I imagine they'll stick with those adjustments this time.

Plus, Tebow isn't nearly as scary on the road.

I agree with your sentiment that the Pats are the likely winners of the game, but you also have to consider that the Broncos can ALSO make adjustments. They are not going to just throw the same stuff at the Pats as last time.

That's my concern also.    Although, I don't think the Pats will stack 9-10 men in the box and play man defense like Pittsburgh did and get killed with posts, slants, and seam routes.  I though LeBeau called a terrible game.

I agree, when you are going up against the least accurate passer in the NFL you use the Bill Belichick approach of death by 1000 paper cuts.  Don't give tebow the chance to beat you with one completed pass.  Make him complete 4-5 passes on a drive to get into FG range.

The Broncos are far more limited in what adjustments they can make offensively. Tebow is a limited passer who is at his best when taking a home run shot off play action and/or scramble drills plays when the pass rush fails.

To me the biggest question is what defensive adjustments they make, just avoiding not covering one of the Pats two TEs would go a long way....

Tim Tebow has earned my respect. If he played like this all the time, he would silence the critics.
No it wouldn't.

His biggest "critic" is the devil. He's jealous that Tebow is always thanking his Lord and Savior.

I wonder if Tebow thanked Jesus after those three losses.

Next week I'll be somewhat happy because either the Pats finally win a playoff game or Tebow wins again.

Can you guys please keep doubting Tebow all the way to the Super Bowl? It just makes it more fun.

Also John Fox should probably be fired for making things about as difficult as possible for Tebow. Brady Quinn my wazoo. Kyle Orton. That's a good one

The Tebow critics come in two forms.  There are the legit critics who admit "I can't believe what I saw. That was unreal" and there are the haters that just get louder the better he plays.

Tebow just had an absolutely historic playoff game and there are still people out there saying he can't play in this league.

It's like if a linebacker got 7 sacks and 200 tackles and they said he couldn't play.

It's like if a running back goes for 1700 yards and they say he can't play

It's like a pitcher throwing a perfect game in the playoffs against a powerhouse and them saying he can't play

Tebow is getting the worst deal in football history since Doug Flutie. Doug was better than the vast majority of QBs, but they just screwed him. He made them look like fools so they jobbed him. Tebow is doing the same thing. I hope Tebow becomes a coach some day so he can make kids with pedigree actually earn their way onto the field.

All the young great QBs out there today could never have done what Tebow did this year. No way on Earth Cam Newton or Ponder or Bradford or even Stafford in his second year could have taken a 1-4 Broncos team with these receivers and led them to a win over the Steelers yesterday. None of them.

The Pats can win this, but if they play the way they did against Dallas or the Giants or the Colts or the Redskins they're gonna lose.  They have to get ready against a Broncos team that is very confident it can throw. My guess is a lot of balanced play, a lot of play action, deep throws, plays on the move to get Tebow out of the pocket, a lot of shotgun

And the Broncos D is going strait for Brady. Let's see which QB can throw better on the run. Tebow or Brady

Bottom line....the offensive line that plays best wins.  The Pats should basically max protect and look for Welker and Gronk, and the outlet. They should also run the ball.

See ya next week

I think most teams try to cover the TE's but can't do it.  The colts were the only team that just chose not to cover them.

If Tebow beats the Pats this weekend, I will officially start attending church as that will be a true sign of God's powers.

I'm predicting like a 41-16 pats victory.

Pats are going to light it up offensively and Broncos are going to regress to what they are on offense.

if the pats start  putting points on the board and Tebow has to  throw Belichick will make him work his.way up the field and not let him air it out

The Steelers played such.arrogant idiotic defense and it killed them

Going with  Saints, Patriots, Texans (gotta have an upset special), and Packers this weekend.

Usually you get one team in divisional playoff weekend that pulls the upset. Who's it gonna be?  Giants seem to be the chic pick but I think the Packers are lurking in the weeds here. Quietest 15-1 team you'll hear about. Niners game was the other game I was toyin with; I just don't know if Alex Smith can put enough points on the board to win this although I would love to see an upset here.
