Still too early. I would like to see what happens on NBA draft night first.

So, how about we reopen trading of 2012 draft picks and players on July 1? Or, perhaps we should wait until the free agency period has come and gone?

July 1st sounds reasonable. Waiting until free agency is over can potentially drag out too long. If people don't want to make trades because they want to see where a FA ends up, they can always hold off themselves.

Wanted to wait until that 10-day moratorium has passed between the start of the new fiscal year and when free agents could "officially" be signed. I think it's around July 10.
