BTW, I just had my first Pliny the Elder tonight, and it really is one of the finest IPAs I've ever had, let alone a DIPA. Hoppy, but not at all overwhelming (great balance), this is a tremendous beer. I highly recommend trying it if you run across it.

Call it even odds. It was not the first stop of the night, and I can't remember the bar name, and I can't find it on Yelp, and the bathroom was really nice. Plus his mom was totally cool. Bars have moms that make goulash for everyone, right?

I stopped into one of my accounts for lunch today and they had Omegand Hennepin on tap so of course I had to have a few (tough job, I know).  It was delicious!  More of a belgiun wheat in style but smoothe and tastey.  I do not recall where I ranked Lucky in the beer selection but I may have to boost him up in my rankings.

I stopped into one of my accounts for lunch today and they had Omegand Hennepin on tap so of course I had to have a few (tough job, I know).  It was delicious!  More of a belgiun wheat in style but smoothe and tastey.  I do not recall where I ranked Lucky in the beer selection but I may have to boost him up in my rankings.

And another one from me.  CNY represent!  Try Ommegang's 3 Philosophers or Abbey Ale too.  Both really good.

On a related note, I picked up an Ayinger Celebrator based on Edgar's recommendation.  Nice rich nutty double bock.  Enjoyed it a lot.  Now if I could just find some of those 3 Floyds....
