'Pub Fries'.

Natural in-house cut french fries, fried or baked (your choice) to perfection, sparsely seasoned, topped with your choice of cheese, bacon, and/or gravy, with a choice of ranch or ketchup. Also comes in sweet potation, or half and half, if you're a chick or sumthin.

Its easy, everyone loves it, and it ain't gonna kill you coming up.

I've heard things. Good things. And any beer centered around cascade hops as the dominant taste is a decent beer in my mind.

I would recomend picking some up since you can probably get it in your area IP.  Its definitely unique.

I'm having trouble. The beer I really like no longer exists, so I'm debating the legality of the pick...or just scrapping it altogether for a more highly revered beer.

Well, I suppose I should have a shot at Shecky's.  I'm going to go with

THE SWEATY LUMBERJACK

Equal parts Rum & Tequila with a liberal portion of Tabasco.  Generally served with an icy cold beer chaser.

...which leads me to Shecky's next beer.  Every good bar should have a bad beer.  So I'm going to go with an ice cold bottle of Schlitz.

A proud Schlitz story if I may...One night, many, many moons ago some friends and I were in a shady bar.  I ordered a Budweiser and the bartender looked at me like I was the most horrible human on earth and snapped, "We don't serve Budweiser products here."  So I perused the selection and figured if a bar was bold enough to serve up a Schlitz who was I to refuse.

A couple of years later I was in the same bar. When the bartender made eye contact with me I confidently ordered up a Schlitz and got the look of approval that only could come from a man who knows a thing or two about serving up a truly terrible beer.  I was "IN".!

Now that Schlitz is back to the old recipe, it's actually pretty tasty. We always have a case of it lying around the office. Awesome selection.

Also, for next year's (month's?) draft, I say we just pick whole breweries/labels rather than single beers. Having to choose between Unibroue and New Glarus beers was tough enough.
