Oh yeah. What's the ruling on dwarves then? Also, I'm pretty sure Mr. T as Thunderlips or B.A. Baracus was mostly made of dinosaur cartilage.

The ruling on the dwarf is that he'd find Blade's apparel sort of girly, then split him open with an axe.

I wholeheartedly support the nomination of Gimli for Shecky's bouncer, then.

If Wesley Snipes can escape taxes for so long, maybe Gimli's ax splitting him in twain won't be the fatality we might think it it.

If it's funny and/or you're not being a jerk, it'll be allowed

But at the same time, if you've got Chewbacca as the bouncer, I've got the right to bring up that you may encounter some serious troubles attracting female patrons.

Edgar, I have been following the threads and I am sorry to have  you to inform you that Chuck Norris won't be able to be your bouncer.  He will be too busy with his job as President of the United States.   One glance from Chuck Norris and the economy will straighten itself out.  (Maybe on his 52 vacation weeks a year he can double as  bartender, but only if there is no crisis or award show occurring anywhere in the world.)

Couple thoughts:

- The best bouncer on Earth is the one that stops fights from happening in the first place.  No matter how much butt you kick owners hate property damage and legal liability.  Blade tends to have trouble seek him out, and inevitably trashes whatever building he happens to be standing in at the time.  Ditto Chuck Norris to a degree.

- Bloody Marys are tasty but more of a Sunday morning drink.  But I really just wanted to post a pic of the Bloody Mary bar we hit up the morning after my wedding:



This is about half of the selection.  Now that's good hangover drinkin'.

- White Stripes + Pearl Jam + mystery act = greatest bar lineup in history.
