Stadium will be built in LA as soon as a team agrees to go.

You can see them lining up.

Jacksonville
San Diego
Buffalo
Oakland
Minnesota

Who is the best fit?

Could someone post some short explanation as to why those 5 cities are the ones (possibly) relocating? Not too much into football, so I have no idea. Thanks in advance.

Jacksonville has no fans
San Diego is to nice of a location.  Fans do other things
Buffalo has attendance issues.
Minnesota has stadium issues
Oakland has a crazy owner who likes to go back and forth between Oakland and LA.

That's what I think to.  Small market in a state that has been hit really hard.  I think they lead the league in blackouts.

My understanding is that they have a pretty sticky lease situation that won't make it easy for them to break and move.

It's crazy that a team that draws 63,000 fans per game despite being lousy is considered to have attendance issues.  But, such is the NFL.

It is also a state that cares a heck of a lot more about college football than the NFL.

The questions are 1. are those numbers real (or are they like the C's "sellouts" in 2006) and 2. how many luxury boxes/seats are empty?

When you have 16 regular season games, you really do need to sell everything out, and bring in a ton of money on the luxury seats.

My hope (and money)would be Jacksonville as it would likely upset the least amount of fans but I think Minnesota is a real possibility too.
