Orlando Magic

pg: CP3, Brandon Jennings
sg: Jason Richardson, Brandon Roy
sf: Corey Maggette, Mike Dunleavy
pf: Michael Beasley, Brandon Bass
c: JaVale McGee, Chris 'Birdman" Anderson

Thanks for the input on the trade. I solve two big problems here. Get Roy out as a starter and bring in a solid scorer to work with CP3 (Maggette trade fits here too) as well as moving Big Al for Beasley and Bass. Plus Bass can be sent in a few minutes early here and there if Beasley is slacking. And Birdman  ;D

I like this team a lot more now.

Any thoughts to starting Bass and moving Super Cool Bease to a 6th man role?

I've thought about it. Definitely a possibility
The Nets will finish with the worst record and the Celtics will end up with the 4th pick.

Smart trade for Sacramento; the value is just too good to pass up.

I do like this a lot better too. These guys fit as a team way better than your squad from earlier today, which was more of a collection of talent that didn't really seem to make sense together.
CB Draft Bucks: Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Tobias Harris, Zach LaVine, Aaron Afflalo, Jeff Green, Donatas Motiejunas, Jarrett Jack, Frank Kaminsky, Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee, Shane Larkin, Nick Young

DKC Bucks. Also terrible.

Did the Spurs (Rebus) make their pick?

Agreed. I think those wings really complement CP3, but I still think you lack a back to the basket scorer. It's the only weakness I see on your team at the moment. I like Beasley as the starter because Bass is "black whole" and will stop the ball movement. Not cool with CP3 in there.

I disagree. I don't see how a back to the basket scorer would help out a Chris Paul led team. He's better off with slashers, shooters, and guys who can operate well in a pick and roll system.

I don't get all the hate for Beasley.  He's not a great starter, but neither is any player that doesn't play defense.  He's not an efficient scorer as the first option like on the Wolves, but that shouldn't be his role.

I think as a go-to scorer off the bench, he's efficient enough.  He'd be an above average 6th man and would have a much bigger mismatch against second units.  Also, with Nash I think he would be way more effective.  It would get the ball out of his hands and allow him to do what he does best, get the ball on cuts to the basket and such.

In that role I think he would have been fine for you Lucky, especially when you had Ariza starting.  He's basically a slightly more versatile Jamal Crawford, if he's considered a capable 6th man then I don't see the knock on Beasley.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale
