  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
Alright, I need an athletic swingman that can shoot, run, but most of all defend. This is the guy I was looking at alongside Gallinari, and his stock may be down a little, but I think he's a good fit with Dirk and SJax, and he's the shifty Frenchman this team has needed since we drafted Dirk -

Nicolas Batum

Ha. When you traded Gallo I thought to myself 'Maybe he's moving back to get Batum.'

Good pick.

xXBatum88Xx is a good fit I think. He'd be a 3rd round pick if he could've really brought some consistency this season. Kind of took a step back.

Interesting starting 5 you have, Champ.

PF: Dirk Nowitzki
C: DeAndre Jordan
PG: Ty Lawson
SG: Stephen Jackson
SF: Nic Batum
I saw IP order his players like that. What is the reasoning for doing so?
I do (because that is the order the position are numbered in):
C:
PF:
SF:
SG:
PG:

I think Lucky just put it that way since it was the order of my picks.
CB Draft Bucks: Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Tobias Harris, Zach LaVine, Aaron Afflalo, Jeff Green, Donatas Motiejunas, Jarrett Jack, Frank Kaminsky, Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee, Shane Larkin, Nick Young

DKC Bucks. Also terrible.

With the 8th pick in the 4th round, the Orlando Magic choose:

Jason "The Jet" Terry

Marion and Terry both going higher this year than last. Everybody wants some of that Championship shine.

Not a knock, both are players I like.

I will say a mini Knock adding Chandler, :)

TP for the chuckles.

If anything the Chandler pick was too early. Especially considering the similar talent available at that time. But Marion and JET were reasonable for the 4th round. I mean look who else is getting picked  this round

Antawn Jamison is 3rd round talent at least
if no second round talent
He tanked all year last year
And still pu 18 or 19ppg and excelling everysingle game
Hes waaay better than all last round with age and everything

I Strongly considered him with one of my 4th picks. And despite thos numbers this year, hes coming off that broken finger(i think) and he said something about this being his last season. Maybe he goes all out, but I just don't see it happening, or at least on last years level.
The Nets will finish with the worst record and the Celtics will end up with the 4th pick.

Yeah, he derailed his own hype train, especially with his shooting, but the talent is still there. Still, the Blazers hold him in pretty high regard, and his defense looked pretty solid when I saw him last year, so I'm happy with his spot on the team. With 2 picks next round I can maybe add some veteran help to steady the ship if he gets all Frenchy on me in the fake 2011-2012 season.
