The Detroit Pistons select who we believe to be the most athletic player on the board to go with John Wall.

The Detroit Pistons select Josh Smith. Finally getting him into a true uptempo system he was born to play in.

That's about right. Nicely done.

LeBron's best teammate last season: Noah.

This season: Chandler.

Hmmmmm (stroking beard)....hmmmm...

I still think your team was under-rated last year.

The quickness your starting lineup had. An exceptional group in transition both defensively and offensively. The four out, one in offense with _____ (PF) on the perimeter to space the floor for LeBron's + ______ (PG) dribble penetration.

The rebounding 2 through 4 with _____ (wing), Bron, _____ (PF) and J.Noah. The defensive ability with Bron and Noah spearheading the attack and two solid team defenders in ____ (PG) + _____ (PF).

A really difficult group to play against.

Sorry if this comes off as picky, but can the board on page 1 of the post be kept updated so if we come to pick last minute we can quickly scan and see who has been picked and who is still available. Would be extremely helpful.

Seconded, not being a tool as well, but it'll really help.

Well played, sir.

And while Noah is Chandler's equal defensively and on the glass, he's also a great passer and ball handler at his size, and more disruptive.

I update the players taken at the end of each round. Its too much of a pain. If you want to go through it, just hit the 'quote' button, and put a strike through the ones you want.

Thank you. I'm shocked by the lack of comment from Roy, who is not a big Josh Smith fan.

Also everyone, please hold off with picks until 2pm. I though evanw as pick 12, not 13.

You can pick your friends, you can pick your nose, but you can't pick your friend's nose until after 2 PM.

A player who doesn't need set plays or even the ball in his hands to change the course of a game. A great pick-up at this point in the draft and one of a handful of players who've now slipped too far owing to the recent premium put on size.

Wall/Smith is going to thrill crowds - Deeettrrroit Basketball - if not without some high trapeze risks.

Thank you, TP (if you say something positive about my team your get a tp) I'm glad our trade worked out for both of us.

Next round is about taking our team from exciting to contending.

So are we going to follow the times on the first page now? I've had to watch the thread for the past hour just to make sure I didn't come up. Can't just have people picking whenever.
The Nets will finish with the worst record and the Celtics will end up with the 4th pick.
