Gil's just playin' pranks, making everyone laugh and Zach is just helping out charities

What happens when Shawn marion realizes he's not the man on this team?

In my presentation, everything I write about Marion will be in size 14 font.

Bold face it just to be on the safe side.

Here's a preview:

Bill Russell is the greatest defender in the history of the NBA, has won 11 titles, but I really think Shawn Marion is the key to winning

Well done. But you need to shrink the font about Russell.

Slightly off-topic, but I found this ironic with all of the Arenas talk:

http://www.cnn.com/2011/SHOWBIZ/celebrity.news.gossip/06/03/obit.arness/index.html?hpt=hp_p1&iref=NS1

I remember watching this show quite often while I was small. I'd sit around with my grandmother who loved it.

RIP, James Arness.

IP you have ET as a Celtic and he should be a Nugget.

I think if we were doing this in the 70's or 80's this guy would have been gone a long time ago. We'll happily add him to our lineup of 6'3" and over PGs. He's a 7 time All Star and voted to the 50 greatest team, he was twice 1st team All NBA, in 70-71 he averaged 27 ppg, 5 apg, 4.4 rpg while finishing 3rd in MVP voting . He shot 80% from the line and 47% overall. Another guy who ended his career with Boston and we're glad to have him back.

With pick 13.11 the Celtics select:

Dave "The Mayor of Detroit" Bing

“Dave Bing is the perfect example of professionalism, class, dignity, and humanity. He cares. He gets involved with the world.” Oscar Robertson

"The best basketball player I’ve ever seen play. Ever.” Jim Boeheim
G:Kemba,Payton,Hairston,Henderson,Lin
F:Parker,MKG,Budinger,Mirotic,Salmons
C:R.Lopez,Biyombo,Hickson
Coach: Shaka Smart
Rights to: Bog Bog

Question:

Do other people agree with Edgar that Barkley would struggle against the bigs? I thought he had showed enough throughout his career that he could score on just about anyone.

He will when I put Sheed on him.

David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels

If you go with the run & gun game in the open court, I think he's fine.

If its in a half court set and he's having to play with his back to the basket against some of these all-time bigs, I think he'll have some issues although I still think he'd find some ways to score but it certainly wouldn't come easy.

I agree

I mean I agree that Barkley will do more than hold his own, and won't be held back by the larger bigs.
