Ranking the teams that are left, here's how I rate my order of preference for who wins the title.

1. Celtics (of course)
2. Thunder
3. Grizzlies
4. Mavericks
5. Bulls
6. Hawks
7. Heat
8. Lakers (of course)

I'm sure I'll get some flack for not being a "real celtics fan" for that.

I am close to this as well.

Strangely, the thought of the Heat winning a title bothers me more than the Lakers. I know, it feels weird to say that.

I like Roy's list.

P.S. I don't understand how any Celtic fan could have the Lakers anything above 8.

If the Lakers and Heat meet in the finals, I will be cheering hard for the Lakers...OK, actually I won't be watching...but I still will prefer that the Lakers win.

Honestly, I just have never hated the Lakers.  Just like any other team other than the Celtics, I simply could care less about them.  I hate them we face them, but beyond that, I just don't care.

The Heat on the other hand are the exception.  I despise them.  They are everything I hate in sports (OK, Wade is OK, but the rest of them are just completely detestable).  And to have to put up with the smugness of a celebration by that team would be too much to me.

So yes, I absolutely have the Lakers above the Heat.

I would have the Heat win over the Lakers so they can shut up about LeBron not winning a ring. Let him win and then Chicago or Oklahoma can take over. I don't like the Lakers and I despise the Heat more, but I would rather him win his 1 ring and move on after a month then to have to see and hear on the streets about a three-peat.

Odd that I hate the Heat almost as much as the Lakers after just a year. But I absolutely despise this Miami team

I just couldn't possibly stomach watching the Heat - particularly Lebron & Bosh - celebrate a victory. And then the media coverage of it for the next weeks would just be so, so incredibly painful.

I'm a relatively calm person, but even just the knowledge of them winning would enrage me to no end.

Though the Kobe/Jordan talk would be pretty miserable too...

Not only the Kobe/Jordan talk, but the "The Lakers are the best franchise in NBA history" talk.  If they catch us in championships, pretty much every media outlet will be trumpeting that theme.  The sad thing is, we wouldn't have much ammunition to argue against them.

As much as I hate Lebron's ego, I'd rather see him get a ring than have the Celtics relegated to 1A in NBA history.
