Miami looking very sharp defensively.  Hopefully Rondo can get in a better rhythm: we really need him with KG off and Pierce gimpy.

knicks series was nothing more than fool's gold

Mostly true, but we took advantage of their injuries and eliminated them in four just like we should have.

This game is faaaar from over! Go Celtics!

TP for the post, not that it'll help.

If we play the 2nd half we did on Sunday (which wasn't that great) we'll win.  We got this.

Only down five, but clearly not how you expected them to come out tonight. Good news is rondo now 50 percent from the line

I HATE the Miami Heat. Just a bunch of losing allstars that can't win by themselves.

I hate the heat as much as anyone but give me a break. You could say the same thing about PP KG and Ray

the thing is, no one expected Ray, or KG, or Paul to win by themselves. Wade and James were labeled as guys that could win all by themselves, then took the easy way out when they realized it wouldn't happen. Our big three did it, once time was running out, not in in their prime.

Actually developing a grudging (very grudging) admiration. They come a way from the "I-Me-Mine" crew that started the season.  They have the C's shorts up in knots.

The Heat have crazy speed and athleticism. But I love the size of JO and KG. Just keep pounding the ball inside!

Down just 5, the Celtics have a very good chance to steal this game! Go Celtics!

Pound, pound, pound!

Wade 3, what a great way to preview the second half :P Man we are a pathetic team.

It's just so sad to watch the changing of the guard right in front of our eyes.  We all knew it was going to happen someday.  I think it just hurts that much more that its against the Heat.  Plus it leaves more question marks for us around this whole "what if" scenario regarding the Perk trade.

So much for KG outplaying Bosh.

If the finals ends up being Lakers Heat, I honestly may not watch out of fear of my head exploding and from the sickening feeling I'm going to have in my stomach whenever I hear espn talk about it.

Yeah, but the whole premise is wrong, because Wade has a ring already, and Bosh was never expected to win a ring on his own anyway.  It's basically just LeBron that's been short of expectations.
