With Krstic playing like is able to, we could easily get 10-15, possibly even 20 points out of him on most nights.
If Krstic is capable of this, why isn't he doing it? Heck, he scored 4 points tonight and people are applauding him as if he made a major contribution. I mean, is the bar that low for him? Any time he does something remotely useful, it should be celebrated?
The claim quoted above sounds as sincere as Sasha Vujacic claiming he can score 20 to 30 points every night if he wanted to. It's just not based in objective reality.
Some should not be confused by the fact that he isn't getting too much playing time. In the regular season, we saw clearly how dangerous Krstic can be.
By your theory, is Doc just trying to lose games? Or at least to make them closer than they should be? Why, with Shaq injured, would our coach not be playing Krstic, if he's as good as you say?
He can be our most productive offensive big man, easily. He has proven that much.
If "production" means points, maybe. If it means wins, then no, he hasn't proven that at all.
