Not bad for the 2st half. We could have been up more, and Paul has 3 fouls, but up 8 with room for improvement on the road in the playoffs is all good.

Don't feed the baby! Why passing to him on that final play? Baby will be useful against Boozer or D12, but not against a team without post players.

Please Doc, we know our starters are so much better than theirs, but stop making a series out of this.

The bench is useless.   They barely even cheer.

Makes me miss the hell out of Nate Robinson...he was our best cheerleader.

Also, Paul in foul trouble in this type of game, guarding guys like Melo, is the main reason we made the trade for Green.

What is the Celtics biggest strength? Exactly, making scrubs look like superstars. This is what's killing them.

The Celtics are making the other guys try to beat them and so far they aren't beating them.

  • Another undersized Celtic...
No billups and amare clearly hurt. The celts should b burying this team

They are doing fine. Give credit when it's due.

I will give credit to pierce and ray and a pat on the back to green. Other than that, nothing.

they need KG to get going..and JO to play good defense and rebounding....rondo really could push the tempo...knicks have nobody that can guard him
Agreed. KG with only 5 shots. JO with only 1 rebound.

Rondo with 6 RBs and 8 ASSTs (and 5 PTs) in the half.  I'd say he's shown up.

KG with 7 boards and 3 steals too.  Not scoring well, but still contributing.

Up 8 at the half, could have (should have?) been up more if it wasn't for the careless turnovers but I will take it. Hope someone shows up offensively though to help Pierce and Ray who are all alone so far. Nice half from Green offensively, agressive and efficient. And Doc has finally understood that less Baby and more JO means good things especially on D, it was about time.
D! What's up my man? Still watching late at night through ILP? I miss that man! What do you think of the quality? :D

Yep, always present for the playoffs games, it's 2:33 here! Quality is great and I have no lag so it's all good. I hope everyting is good for you in Australia! This game is a a  nice way to start your weekend uh?

Also, since we've been doing that, 2 finals appearances, 1 banner, and another playoff appearance with a lead in the series, and game 3.

*shrugs*

I'll take it.

  • Lets Go Celtics!
I just wanna thank Ray Allen for starting to shoot the basketball again. I remember I made a thread in response to everyone saying Ray isnt getting open anymore & I was saying he is, he's just NOT SHOOTING. He is getting the same looks now as he was a month ago, difference now is... that hes LETTING THEM FLY.

Seriously.  There was energy with Robinson.  It was there when Posey and House were on the team too.
