No billups and amare clearly hurt. The celts should b burying this team

They are doing fine. Give credit when it's due.

I will give credit to pierce and ray and a pat on the back to green. Other than that, nothing.

Up 8 at the half, could have (should have?) been up more if it wasn't for the careless turnovers but I will take it. Hope someone shows up offensively though to help Pierce and Ray who are all alone so far. Nice half from Green offensively, agressive and efficient. And Doc has finally understood that less Baby and more JO means good things especially on D, it was about time.

The bench is useless.   They barely even cheer.

What is the Celtics biggest strength? Exactly, making scrubs look like superstars. This is what's killing them.

Basketball being a game of runs, our bench being troubled, the 2-0 game lead, leading by 8 (right?) into the half, regardless of 14 turnovers... 22 - 13 rebound advantage is hopeful as well.

Shooting percentages are even, we've got a few more FT's. I'm good with this score. It's all good for a half. Let's have another half of this kind of inspiring basketball, with a few less turnovers.

LET'S GO CELTICS!!!

Rondo quietly on pace for a triple-double with 5, 6, and 8.  Really needs to cut down on the dumb passes, though.

Rondo with 6 RBs and 8 ASSTs (and 5 PTs) in the half.  I'd say he's shown up.

Knicks "scrubs" might not be superstars, but they're pros and they're on a national stage in the playoffs. They're arguably providing far more than Melo or Amare are. And that's why I think the Knicks have no chance in this form. Billups leadership was their only chance. He might not score like Bernard King, but he's a steadying mind and he might've cancelled out some of their coaches shortcomings.

  • Another undersized Celtic...
unfortunate wasted possession to end the half. Hopefully the C's shooting heats up in the second half.

They have maintained a lead throughout the first half. I think that is a fine team effort. Not every player on the team is going to have a great night...but collectively they look much better as a team when compared to the first two games.

they need KG to get going..and JO to play good defense and rebounding....rondo really could push the tempo...knicks have nobody that can guard him

Yeah I remember when he used to take those...

Wow...how did this guy go from one of the 6MOY front runners to this? When did it happen? And why?
