Could care less what it is honestly, he sucks and shouldnt have been playing during the playoffs either way.

Get well soon Nenad, you wont be missed.

Because trading the 2nd coming of Bill Russell for Nenad and Green will cost the Celts for years, right?

No matter what you think of Nenad, his injury isn't "nothing."  Even if JO and Shaq are everything we want them to be, we're going to need a 3rd center, even for spot minutes.  And Nenad--again, no matter what you think of him--would be a very good 3rd string center.

Hmmm, so they won't even do the MRI until Monday?  I'm sure it has something to do with being on the road, but still, its interesting.  No idea if that is good or bad though.

No apparently he will do the MRI tomorrow, according to G. Washburn : Nenad Krstic headed for MRI tomorrow on right knee #celtics

Looks like they've ruled him out for this weekend regardless of the MRI's results.

Edit : scratch that, according to Chris Forsberg the MRI is scheduled on Saturday in Boston.

Why not bring in Sheed? Seriously.

OK, that makes more sense.

Why not bring in Sheed? Seriously.

It's like, someone is making sure we have every big man injured to ensure we bring in Sheed. I wish the best for Nenad, but if he is going to be out for the playoffs, I would be psyched to have Wallace back.

They would have to cut someone.  Plus, they would have to pay for the liposuction...

  • Rondo = Good
Perhaps this will force Doc to go small more often with KG at the 5 and Green at the 4.  That can only help us, I think.

We have to hope that Troy Murphy can get healthy enough to give us more than Shelden Williams did last year.

For real. As long as he's in decent shape, he's a very capable 3rd center. Then again, the "decent shape" part is no guarantee, but considering the market for centers, I'll take Sheed in a heartbeat.

More minutes for Jeff Green.

Good.

BBD can play more at center and Murphy can back up KG.

I really dont see what were missing.

Krstic brough nothing to the table, nothing. He didnt even bring intangibles.

Show some consideration for Krstic... He is a Celtic and on our side...

Having just watched that again on a youtube clip, it really didn't look that bad.  Hoping it's a minor sprain.
