let's get it out of our system and grind it out now instead of having to learn it the hard way and at the absolutely worst time...playoff time...maybe they need to learn they cannot coast and flip the proverbial switch...i don't know...remember...it's not always the best team that wins...it's the team that plays best...and most importantly at the right time...how many times have we seen a team in all the major sports get hot at the end of the season or during the playoffs and ride that momentum...time to slow down...belichick always says one game at a time...it looks like we have to take it one quarter at a time and grind it out...now it is gut check time...

I rather the Celtics play well now as they are integrating new players.  That way, these new players have a better understanding of how things are suppose to work in the playoffs.

vs.

the team not doing what it is suppose to be doing and the new players learning bad habits within the system because of it.

I want to see the team building positive chemistry, not negative chemistry.  To many of the players do not have the past Celtic success to fall back on in their experience.

you know another thing i was thinking...we are way past a doc pep talk...way past a ride in the duck boats...way past a trip to rome...way past a phil jackson zen-like move...getting upset, angry, whatever is not going to change anything or solve anything...sometimes you just have to play through it...there is no easy and quick fix...the thing that just brought it all together was remembering a scene from fever pitch when jimmy fallon sees youk, damon et al sitting at a restaurant and laughing after a heart-breaking loss...it's time to chill and ride out the storm...i mean what are doc and the players going to do...get more upset...get more angry...get more frustrated...for what?

Ok.

Well, soon these arguments are going to come to an end.  We're quickly running out of time in this regular season to right the ship.

Do you optimists really think we're going to continue to be this awful until the last day of the season and come out ready to beat Chicago and Miami on the road?
