I still want him as our PG yeah. He's a great player and can really dominate a game. He has his flaws but as this forum has pointed out... every one does.

Well then don't be. Aside from it being against Forum Rules, Rondo played a good game tonight. Yes, the ending possession for him was horrendous, but I am far from disappointed in him tonight. When the C's were down, Rondo was one of two guys (also KG) who kept the Celtics steady in the first half.

Not hating on Rondo at all tonight. Shouldn't have come down to that last possession.

Oh, I was waiting for the "Everybody still in love with Krstic???" topic. Or does the "Krstic regressing to the mean" topic serve as that now?

He got the ball in the wrong people's hands all night long, and was our leading turnover guy. He couldn't handle the ball cleanly all night. Let TA take it from him and dunk in our faces. He is playing sloppy ball and deserves more blame tonight than about anyone. HE stuck that ball in BBD's hands. HE threw that garbage floater down one with Ray wide open on the wing for three. HE is playing awful. Not sure what PG you are watching, but the guy needs an attitude check because he is playing like a chump.

Told us what exactly? Sorry but I don't base my opinion on a player after he goes through a rough stretch for a few weeks, ignoring everything he's ever done before that.

Also is this really the time to make a thread like this when he had 11 assists, 11 boards, and 7 steals tonight?

You named the two biggest blunders he had in the game (which are only noticeable because they came in the last 2 minutes of the game) but are completley ignoring the other 35+ minutes he played? This was hardly an awful game by Rondo, come on.

Oh and he wasn't the only one who lead our team in turnovers, Krstic also had 4. Is that really horrible for a PG who handled the ball for 40+ minutes?

His play down the stretch was lousy, but knocking on him for his 4 TO's rings hollow to me. I know you watched the same game I did..Rondo had some ill-advised passes, but he was solid for most of them (and I'm not just counting the ones where he got an assist). If the Celtics win tonight, people who really watched him tonight are lauding his performance, and Rondo didn't cost us the game.

Aside from Krstic (who was altogether terrible tonight after the 1st quarter), who had 4 TO's, both Pierce and Garnett added two, and so did Delonte West and Troy Murphy (that traveling call was borderline unforgiveable). Glen Davis was the only guy tonight who managed to play more than one total minute and get 0 turnovers.

Wow.  I thought this was one of Rondo's better games in a while.  I understand he shot 2-12, but the rest of his game was there tonight.  His passing looked crisp again.  He played a great defensive game on Conley tonight holding him to 1-9 shooting and forcing 5 turnovers.  He had 7 steals tonight, he was very active.  We lost tonight because we got outrebounded and we turned the ball over 18 times.  Yes Rondo did have 4, but even if he had 2 turnovers, we'd still be at 16.  That's still too many.

Can we consider the ugly 3 point attempt a turnover?

You mean Davis's? If so...yes. That was soooooo awful.
