There's no excuse for this effort and softness

We got popped in the mouth and need to respond and hit back. Close this darn half right.

Not going to score 100 ever with the ball stopping at the point with all three points tonight.

The ball movement is gone, as is the movement away from the basketball.

And more significantly, the defense. Nobody is playing acceptably on that end.

Rays having a tough shooting night, the bench has sucked, and we haven't played any defense. Recipe for disater.

What happened to the team that used to pass the ball and find the open man for the shot. This is putrid.

This is the offense for most of last year. Very little ball movement and too much one-on-one. They look like a college offense out there.

C's don't care for the win. Waiting for Shaq? The Knicks look like defensive masterminds with our stinking offense, and our defense has dropped off quite a bit and they are just scoring at will.

Ok, but we do care. That's the unacceptable part.

They're playing probably like the worst team in the NBA right now.
The Celtic in me.

The only way this team is winning a title or getting out of the east is if both Shaq and Jermaine come back healthy and can contribute. Both are 7 foot bruisers, something we dont have right now. Our interior defense has to be the worst in the league right now.

Shaq AND JO or Bust.

Krstic needs to be on the inactive list come playoff time, hes the worst defensive player ive ever seen.

Nobody on this team believes in Hard Fouls either.

There isn't a player on this roster playing acceptable defense right now.

Our defense was built inside out.  Without an inside presence, the guys on the perimeter have to play tighter, and can't gamble as much to cause turnovers (which is one of the keys to our D).

Without a big man who can defend -- or, at least in the case of Shaq, fill up the paint -- our defense is sunk.

I could care less about the 18 points and 10RB he grabs. A center has to protect the key area from measly guards running through and looking like mini jordans. Kristic is epic fail for all things championship related.
and Danny Ainge too.

This isnt a championship team anymore. And it hurts. Danny gambled and lost.

The season isn't over.  I haven't lost hope, although I think it's pretty clear that this team isn't going anywhere if Nenad Krstic is our starting center in the playoffs.

Definitely, it is too early to lose hope. But once in a while when I take off my green goggles, I can't help but realize the loss of what made us the defensive force to recon with versus the seemingly offensive team we have turned into. Love love our Celts but I sincerelyvhope Shaq comes to the rescue sooner than later.

This is disgraceful. No effort on defense and 37 points. They stink right now. I love krstic - not

Not going to get the one or two seed alternating wins and losses.....I just can't take much more of this. Not a good team the last month

Why are they getting every call and we don't get any in the same situation?

Seriously, what is Tommy complaining about?  Krstic is incapable of cutting off penetration, which is the key to our interior D.  When our perimeter defenders release to the inside now, the best we can hope for is an opponent basket, rather than a +1.
