No thank you. I'd rather keep Chris Johnson on the roster.

Chris Johnson is the worst. The kid may never make it out of the D-League again. I'd take Curry over him in a heartbeat.

Curry is a nightmare no thanks. Johnson may not be the answer or get a second 10 day contract but Curry is just simply the wrong direction for the C's.

I love a good curry ... but we all know what a bad curry will do to you ... no thanks.
Stay classy, San Diego. Hello, Baxter? Baxter, is that you? Bark twice if you're in Milwaukee. Is this Wilt Chamberlain? Have the decency to say something.

I can't see it, but I guess you never know.  I'm doubtful that Eddy Curry is the answer to mending any chemistry issues the team might be having, though.

Too late for the playoffs anyways isn't it? Had to be released by 11:59 pm last night.

  • Another undersized Celtic...
I thought it was midnight tonight? Maybe I heard wrong on the radio. Is Eddy Curry even in shape? When was the last time he played in a game?

Do we have chemistry issues? I havent' heard anything about that? I mean, I know Perkins left, and that will take some adjusting to get over for these guys, but they just finished off a 3-1 road trip under the most difficult of circumstances.

In fact, had the ball bounced a little differently in the Denver game, they may have gone 4-0.

Aren't both Krstic and Green good locker room guys?

I think chemistry includes trust and it was clear that Rondo did not completely trust Jeff Green and sometimes didn't look his way much and some other guys did too. That doesn't say that they think Green isn't talented, I just think that they don't know how he plays the game, his hot spots, etc.

Krstic gained some trust because he started and saw some time no doubt in practice with the starters so they learned some or most of his game. The same thing will happen when Murphy comes in.

Chemistry takes some time. They knew Nate's game, Perk's, Marquis and was just starting to understand Erden's and Harangody's. They'll get the chemistry down, hopefully before the playoffs.

Rondo and the new guys need to LIVE in the Film Room with Doc!!!

the same Eddy Curry who hasn't seen the court or his toes in 3 years? I'll take him, he can lean on Gasol and Bynum a bit in the finals

4 years ago, Curry was a top 5 offensive low post player. For a minimum contract, I'd take the chance.

Hmm.. Not sure.

What's the verdict MR. HOBBS?

Anyways I really could care less. Murphy was the guy we needed. I think he will finish a lot of games for us with the Big 4 when rebounding is really needed and proving to be difficult for us. He's not a better  player then Big Baby but he is  better at Passing, 3 pt shooting, and Rebounding.

I love the versatility our team has.

JO is now the sixth big. If he has the potential to even just give 5 minutes a game I like it bc we likely won't need him.

Someone please tell Eddy that Miami has more McDonald's per capita. That fact alone should
sway the decision.

Sign him as Chris Johnson's nutritionist so he can put on some weight.

I'd rather take a chance on Powe being healthy. Curry will mostly be a body to plug in and battle down low, which I think Powe would be capable of doing just as well. Powe may have a recent injury history but he brings a physical fire and championship chemistry back to the team, and at least we know he's in shape.

Eddy Curry's life is in shambles. No way Boston wastes a minimum contract on him.

as most of the above said, id like to add on

I see potential in Chris Johnson, the kid plays hard, and is very very raw...

but if he learns and pack some muscle, i can see him being a good role player...i know we have to win now, but i really like to see this guy given a chance...

3 blks in denver man in 6 minutes...
